As legal professionals we have a responsibility for the quality of justice. Our aim is to provide clients with an informed understanding of his legal rights and obligations and explain their practical implications. We also seek a result advantageous to the client, consistent with requirements of honest dealings with others. We also serve as mediators, a neutral third-party, a nonrepresentational role helping the parties to resolve a dispute or other matter.
